Cruise from Seattle
Bald men named Curly. Tall men named Tiny. Some nicknames make no sense. That is not—definitely not—the case when it comes to Seattle, The Emerald City.
Take one step in the Pacific West's biggest city and it's clear: Seattle is awash in an abundance of evergreens, with views of the Cascade mountains to the east and the Olympic mountains to the west. On a clear day, the view from the top of the Space Needle is stunning.
At ground level, you'll find an upscale, happening city on the move. (Might have something to do with all the tech companies plying their trade in these parts.) The restaurant scene in Seattle is booming and the shopping has never been better. Music fans will not want to miss the EMP Museum, formerly the Experience Music Project. Come to Seattle—and prepare to rock.
