Diamond Princess OVERVIEW

Once the biggest ship in the Princess Cruises fleet, the nine-year-old Diamond Princess is now almost midsize, having been overtaken by bigger sisters Crown Princess and Ruby Princess and the recent debut of the 141,000-ton Royal Princess.

But with 1,337 staterooms and four pools, not to mention a lavish theater and a choice of nightclubs, it's still a big vessel to find your way around. There’s such a variety of dining rooms, nightclubs, bars and pools — some outside, some under cover — not to mention the giant outdoor movie screen and an adults-only Sanctuary, that it would be impossible to get bored.
