Carnival Pride

Inexpensive Large SET SAIL 2002
The Chef's Table Experience, great food & a galley tour ($)

Carnival Pride attracts a diverse crowd, mostly from the Mid-Atlantic area. This contemporary ship appeals to the mass-market clientele, from singles to families, couples to seniors and multigenerational family groups.

Carnival Pride OVERVIEW

Walking into the atrium of Carnival Pride, guests might wonder if they actually booked a cruise or are instead touring an Italian palace. The ship is brimming with reproductions of Renaissance masterpieces by Botticelli, da Vinci, Michelangelo and Raphael. The design theme includes “Icons of Beauty”—beauty is emphasized in a variety of art forms and media.

Carnival Pride attracts many first-time cruisers and repeat cruisers looking for a cruise to the Bahamas, Caribbean and central Florida (for Orlando’s theme parks) from a port that’s an easy drive from home.

Fun takes center stage throughout. On Deck 11 aft, guests go splashing down a three-deck-high Twister waterslide and swim in the ship’s pools. Below, some head out for a show; others indulge in a pampering spa treatment or just pass the time people watching with a cocktail at the bar in the Grand Atrium.
