A Day at Sea on Regal Princess | Video
Sea days are what you make of them.
There are no rules when it comes to a sea day. You can do as much or as little as you want. As cliché as it sounds, you can do whatever floats your boat.
Before Regal Princess turned her sails to Northern Europe in April, I sailed on her last Caribbean itinerary. This short, three-day cruise took me to Princess Cays (Princess Cruises’ private island in the Bahamas), out for a day at sea and then back to Fort Lauderdale.
This video captures my perspective of what it’s like to spend a sea day on board Regal Princess. I tend to do as much as I can, as you’ll see. I review our Princess Patter and highlight everything I want to do. And when I'm not sure about an activity, I highlight it anyway.
I am that person.
On Regal Princess I learned how to play the steel drums, watched a juggling show in the piazza and took in movies under the stars. I napped at sea (twice) and even managed to win a game of trivia in Princess LIVE! Oh, and then there’s the Mardi Gras party I went to in the Italian-style piazza, where everyone packed away their shyness and brought out their epic dance moves.
