Here's a compilation of our favorite cruise-centric social media posts--from talking ships to mouth-watering dishes that will make you long for a scratch-n-sniff screen.

Talking Ship with Carnival Vista

Carnival Cruise Line has been treating us to behind-the-scenes clips of its newest ship-in-the-making, Carnival Vista.  This week we learned that, not only is Vista filled with adrenaline-pumping activities on board,  but she's a ship with serious sea-sass AND a voice of her own--and she's dishing out handy cruise advice via her Twitter account. Check out some of her tweets below:

Celebrity Cruises Toys With Our Appetites

Celebrity Cruises took its popular Taste of Film experience to the streets of NYC last night. The on-board experience, currently featured on Celebrity Infinity and soon-to-be included on Celebrity Summit, pairs multicultural films with global cuisine menu in a rooftop terrace setting. Last night's event was all over our Twitter feed; needless to say, we awoke slightly hungrier than usual today. Here are some of our favorite images from last night's event (warning: may cause uncontrollable hunger) :
